I had to cancel a booking on latan.com, and I immediately assumed it was going to turn into one of those annoying travel-site headaches.
But it was actually really straightforward. I found the cancellation option quickly, sent the request, and got the confirmation faster than I expected. No confusing steps, no endless back and forth.
The refund details were clear too, which I definitely didn’t take for granted. I kind of expected hidden fine print, but everything was laid out plainly. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d use them again

The prices were okay overall, and I wouldn’t say they were totally unreasonable. Not saying it’s a scam, but I did feel like the value could’ve been better for what I paid

"Took longer than it should have"
The site was fine overall, and I did end up getting what I needed, but the wait felt longer than it should have. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the time it took, I’d expect things to run a bit more smoothly. Decent enough, just not the best value time-wise unless they speed things up
"Cleanliness was disappointing"
I went in for a tan and the room just didn’t feel very clean. The goggles looked like they’d been reused without much care, and the staff kind of rushed through the safety info. The prices were okay, but the hygiene side really put me off. When I mentioned it to support, I felt like they were blaming me for being too picky instead of actually taking the concern seriously. I don’t think I’d go back.

"Gear was just okay"
I ordered from latan.com and at first the equipment looked fine and all that, but after using it a couple times it started feeling kind of cheap. One of the parts got loose quickly, which was annoying. It’s not like it was totally awful or anything, just not really the quality I thought I was getting.

I had a feeling the staff wouldn’t be super warm based on a few things I’d heard, my visit kind of confirmed it. They weren’t exactly rude, but they didn’t come off very friendly either, and I felt a bit ignored most of the time

My issue did get resolved in the end. The refund took longer than I expected, but it’s not even about that as much as just wanting clear follow-up. Once they handled it, everything was fine

"Nice lotion choices"
I found a lotion I actually like, and they had more options than I expected. The site was easy to browse, which I appreciated since I’m careful about what I put on my skin and don’t like feeling rushed into buying. Prices seemed fair too. I’ll probably order again once this one runs out.

I was looking late and was relieved to see that latan.com still had beds available when other sites didn’t. The booking process was simple, and all the details matched when I arrived. It made a stressful situation way easier, and I was really happy with the experience.

Overall, I had a good experience. The service was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated how quickly they answered my questions. At the same time, the sales side felt a little pushy, which kind of took away from it. I liked the support, but I also felt like they were trying a bit too hard to close the deal.

"Support got back to me fast"
I had a small issue with my order, so I sent customer service a message and didn’t expect much. They got back to me within a few hours, which was a nice surprise, and it actually felt like they read what I wrote.
It did take one follow-up to get it fully sorted, so it wasn’t totally perfect. Still, I’m happy with how they handled it overall

"Didn’t feel clean, and I regretted paying"
The place just didn’t feel very clean to me. The floors looked dirty, and the chairs had that sticky feeling like they hadn’t been wiped down properly. after I paid, I started feeling like I couldn’t really trust the place or the whole experience

I don’t remember all the little details, but I do remember they got our equipment fixed fast and didn’t make it a whole ordeal. That’s the part that stuck with me, quick, easy, and no headache.

The billing part was fine, I was charged the right amount and didn’t notice any weird fees or anything. Canceling, though... that took a little longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but it wasn’t exactly instant either.

"Really even tan before my trip"
I tried latan.com before going on holiday my tan turned out really even. No weird patchy bits or anything, which I was a bit worried about at first. It looks natural too, so yeah… really happy with it
